Accommodation: This cosy little retreat, located 100 metres from the beach, is an air-conditioned studio cabin for four people (two adults and two children or young teenagers). It is very comfortable and has been completely refurbished. (Reversible air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, shower room)

Located on the first floor of a secure residence with no lift, it sleeps 3 (2 adults and 2 children), perfect for a wonderful holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. A private car park facing the apartment's balcony is available for parking during your stay, allowing you to explore the area on foot.

Main room:
The spacious living room opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy meals with family and friends. Come and discover the local specialities: fish in all its forms, such as brandade, the famous monkfish bourride, gardiane de taureau (bull stew), rouille graulène (a different version of rouille sétoise)... and on the meat side: côtes de taureau (bull ribs) and gardiane! Take the time to discover the different vineyards whose speciality is organic sand wine.

Kitchen: open to the living room, fully equipped (2 induction hobs, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Senseo coffee machine, toaster and kettle) with a table for 4 people where you can enjoy your meals and entertain guests.
Balcony: small sea view - Patio table and chairs.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 140 cm sofa bed (living room), 70x50 rectangular pillows, duvet. Location: Ideally located a stone's throw from the beach, shops at the foot of the residence, restaurants, the merry-go-round and the entertainment of the town centre (Town Hall district). This apartment is located on the left bank of Le Grau du Roi between:

the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers returning from fishing through the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying nets, sorting fish, setting up stalls along the Quai Colbert...

Port-Camargue, located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an iconic location for yachts, sailing boats, etc. and the UCPA sailing school.

Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea along the Boulevard Maréchal Juin promenade and follow the flight of the flamingos over the Camargue wetlands.
A real favourite for lovers of peace and quiet, with green spaces and right in the city centre at the entrance to the Residence.
