In the heart of the residential area of Port Camargue's marina, this air-conditioned apartment with 1 terrace offers comfort and a splendid view of the boats and the residence's garden! 400 m from North Beach facing Grande Motte Bay, at the foot of the restaurants on the main quay, 500 m from shops and the local market in season. The centre of Le Grau du Roi is a 15-minute walk away.
The apartment: offers a splendid view of the Port Camargue marina, is a two-room apartment with air conditioning and one bedroom, for two people, very comfortable and recently renovated (fully equipped kitchen, etc.).
Located on the ground floor of a secure residence with no lift, it has one bed, perfect for a wonderful holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park in the residence during your stay and explore the area on foot. Pets NOT allowed Pre-registered deposit of €400 not debited, plus €7.94 registration fee.
Main room:
The living room opens onto a terrace where you can enjoy meals with family and friends. Come and discover the local specialities: fish in all its forms, such as brandade, the famous monkfish bourride, gardiane de taureau (bull stew) and rouille graulène, which is different from rouille sétoise. Take the time to explore the surrounding vineyards with their sandy wines and Pics St Loup wines.
Kitchen: open to the living room, fully equipped (2 ceramic hobs, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle) with a table for 4 people where you can enjoy your meals and entertain guests.
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom: 130 cm bed, 65x65 square pillows, duvet. *A sheet and towel kit will be provided upon reservation for 20 euros for 2 people.
Shower room, large washbasin with drawer units. Toilet.
Location: Ideally located opposite the Quai d'Honneur and Laperouse, 400 metres from the north beach facing the Baie de la Grande Motte, at the foot of the residence: Ice cream parlours and restaurants, 500m from the shops of the Camargue 2000 shopping centre, the merry-go-round opposite the north beach and the children's playground and entertainment in the Port Camargue Harbour Master's Office district. This apartment is located on the left bank of Le Grau du Roi between:
the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers returning from fishing through the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and learn about the fishing trade: repairing and drying nets, sorting fish, setting up stalls along Quai Colbert...
and Europe's leading marina
Port-Camargue, located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an iconic location for yachts, sailing boats, etc. and the UCPA sailing school.
Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea along the North Beach promenade and follow the flight of the flamingos over the waters of the Camargue.
A real favourite for lovers of peace and quiet on the green side and the town centre on the entrance side of the Residence.
Access: At your convenience, enjoy an on-site welcome, by appointment on arrival and departure! You will have the entire accommodation at your disposal to enjoy your stay in Occitanie.
Transport: The Grau du Roi train station is 5 km away. The town is served by a bus service near the residence. The nearest TGV station is Montpellier Sud de France. The nearest airport is Montpellier Méditerranée.

In the event of cancellation of the reservation, fees will be retained depending on the time between the date of cancellation and the date of arrival:
More than 30 days before the arrival date: 25% of the total amount of the reservation.
30 days or less before the arrival date: the entire stay remains due and the lessor reserves the right to re-let the accommodation
In case of no-show: the entire stay remains due.
In the event of non-payment of the balance by the traveling tenant, the lessor reserves the right to re-let the accommodation and the deposits paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, the entire deposit will be retained by SeasonLoc
