The flat: Crossing, with a lovely view of the surrounding gardens and the sea 300 m away, type 2 cabin with 1 bedroom, for 2 people and 1 cabin for 2 children or young teenagers, well-equipped, air-conditioned, comfortable and recently refurbished (equipped kitchen, shower room).
Located on the 1st floor of 3, without lift, in a secure residence, it sleeps 3 people, so you can spend a wonderful holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park at the foot of the residence and in the street during your stay and explore the area on foot. Living room :
The living room opens onto 1 large bay window with terrace, where you can share good meals with family and friends. Come and discover the local specialities: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous monkfish Bourride, Gardiane de Taureau, Rouille Graulène, which is different from Rouille Sétoise... Take time to discover the surrounding vineyards with the wine of the Sables and the Pic St Loup!
Kitchen: opening onto the living room, fully equipped (2 induction hobs, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle) with a table for 4 people to accommodate your meals and guests.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, 65x65 square pillows, duvet. Bed linen and towels will be provided on reservation at 20 euros for 2 people for 1 bed.
Shower room: shower, washbasin with drawer units, separate toilet.
Location : Ideally situated 300m from the North beach (opposite the Bay of La Grande Motte) 600m from the shops and market around the town centre - Port Camargue marina 12 minutes' walk away with its ice-cream parlours and restaurants, chemist, delicatessen, bakery and mini-market. This flat is located on the right bank of Le Grau du Roi between :
the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers coming in from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying the nets, sorting the fish, setting up the sales stalls along the Quai Colbert...

Port-Camargue is located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an emblematic place for yachts, sailboats, etc. and the UCPA sailing school.
Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea along the promenade of the Plage Nord and follow the flight of the Pink Flamingos over the Camargue's expanses of water.

In the event of cancellation of the reservation, fees will be retained depending on the time between the date of cancellation and the date of arrival:
More than 30 days before the arrival date: 25% of the total amount of the reservation.
30 days or less before the arrival date: the entire stay remains due and the lessor reserves the right to re-let the accommodation
In case of no-show: the entire stay remains due.
In the event of non-payment of the balance by the traveling tenant, the lessor reserves the right to re-let the accommodation and the deposits paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, the entire deposit will be retained by SeasonLoc
