The space

Accommodation : This very comfortable type 2 (1 bedroom), 400 m from the beach, sleeps 2 adults and/or 1 to 2 children (2 adults and 2 children or young teenagers) and has been completely refurbished (fully-equipped kitchen, shower room, etc.).
Situated on the ground floor of a secure house, it sleeps 2, making for a wonderful holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. A terrace overlooking the house's garden is available for you to enjoy during your stay and explore the area on foot.

The living room opens onto a terrace where you can enjoy meals with family and friends. Come and discover the local specialities: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous monkfish Bourride, Gardiane de Taureau, Rouille Graulène different from rouille sétoise... and on the meat side: côte de taureau and gardiane camarguaise! Take your time to discover the different vineyards whose speciality is: organic vin des sables.

Kitchen: opening onto the living room, fully equipped (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coffee maker ........ , toaster and kettle) with a table for 4 people to accommodate your meals and guests.

Sleeping arrangements in the living room: 1 sofa bed, 65x65 square pillows, duvet. * Sheets and towels will be provided on request at a cost of 20 euros for two people.
Flat-screen TV in the living room.

The neighborhood

Location: Ideally situated a stone's throw from the beach, shops, restaurants and the lively town centre (Quartier de la Mairie). This flat is on the left bank of the Grau du Roi between :
the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers coming in from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying the nets, sorting the fish, setting up the sales stalls along Quai Colbert...

and Europe's leading marina, where sports delegations will be welcomed for training and preparation for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Port-Camargue, located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an emblematic place for yachts, sailboats, etc. and the UCPA sailing school.

Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea along the Boulevard Maréchal Juin promenade and follow the flight of the Pink Flamingos over the Camargue's expanses of water.
A real favourite with lovers of peace and quiet, this green residence is located right in the town centre at the entrance to the Résidence Villa Mouette.

Access: If you prefer, we can welcome you on site, by appointment, when you arrive and when you leave! You can also arrive independently with a key box on the flat door. You can use the entire flat to make the most of your stay in Occitanie.

Transport: Le Grau du Roi train station is 1.5 km away. The town is served by a bus service close to the Residence. The nearest TGV station is Montpellier Sud de France. The nearest airport is "Montpellier Méditerranée".
