The Boucanet neighbourhood is highly sought-after for its tranquillity and fine sandy beaches. The perfect spot for those who want to avoid the crowds whilst having everything within easy reach!
The apartment: Classified 2 stars of France, Crossing offers a nice view over the surrounding rooftops and the sea, type 2 with 1 bedroom, for 2 people, very comfortable renovated. (equipped kitchen, shower room)
Located on the 3rd floor out of 4, without lift of a secure residence, it has 1 bed, to spend a great holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park at the foot of the residence or in the street during your stay and explore the area on foot. Animals allowed on request 30 euros supplement

Living room side:
The living room opens onto 1 large bay window where you can share good meals with family and/or friends. Come and discover the Local Specialties: Fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Monkfish Bourride, Bull Gardiane, La Rouille Graulène different from Sète rouille...
Kitchen side: open to the living room, fully equipped (3 induction burners, combined microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Senséo coffee maker, toaster and kettle) with a standing table for 4 people which will allow you to accommodate your meals and guests.

Sleeping side: 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, 65x65 square pillows, duvet. kit sheets and towels will be brought to you on reservation at 25 euros for 2 people for 1 bed.

Location: Ideally located opposite the shops and market around Le Vog cinema, 700m from Boucanet beach, at the foot of the residence: Ice cream parlors and restaurants, pharmacy, caterer, bakery, mini-market. This apartment is located on the right bank of Grau du Roi between:
the fishing port where you can discover local life, watch the passages of trawls returning from fishing by the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the trades of fishing: repairing and drying the nets, sorting the fish, setting up sales stalls along the Quai Colbert...

and the 1st marina in Europe where sports delegations will be welcomed for training and preparation for Paris J.O. 2024.
